HUBUNGAN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DAN KUALITAS LABA

This Study‟s objectives were to investigate the elationship between corporate governance and market performance, corporate governance and operating performance,corporate governance and earning quality. The sample of this research is from Indonesian Institute of Corporate Governance (IICG) during the period of 2001-2005. The result of this research show that corporate governance perception index has
relationship with earning quality and statistically significant responded by corporate governance. The difference between market performance and operating performance not significant with coprporate governance.
