Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecepatan akses internet di kawasan Universitas Bengkulu sehingga dapat dibentuk kumpulan variabel dengan menggunakan Analisis Faktor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis faktor dengan studi kasus mahasiswa FMIPA Bengkulu. Analisis faktor terhadap 15 variabel indikator menghasilkan tujuh faktor pembentuk yaitu: 1) Faktor pengguna; 2) Faktor Keamanan; 3) Faktor Sistem Komputer; 4) Faktor Cuaca; 5) Faktor Data Yang Ditransfer; 6) Faktor Kecepatan; 7) Faktor Sinyal
