METODE ALIGNMENT PADA POMPA SENTRIFUGAL

This alignment method is very important in a vehicle and industry especially in the field that
concerns the round alignment is a shaft alignment between the pump spacer and the motor spacer
to prevent mis-alignment of alignment between the pump and the motor when the occurrence of
mis alignment it uses Straightedge method, dial indicator method and laser method. Here I use
ruler method and dial indicator method to calculate the mis that occurs between motor and pump
the method of dial indicator there are two ways of data retrieval that is by axial and radial as well
as with the direction of its views of the horizontal and vertical direction, where horizontal it
shifts the direction of left and right while vertical that is by way of addition of shim on foot legs
of the pump and motor is named with IBdr (inboard driver =kaki dalam motor), OBdr (outboard
driver =kaki luar motor), IBdn (inboard driven = kaki dalam pompa) and OBdn (outboard driven
= kaki luar pompa)
